NORDIC DLSS5 Core 0.7.18 - NVIDIA Neural Rendering integration

Gunko's orchestration, composition shaders, residual stabilization, GPU-fence
lifetime tracking and model-selection UI are authored for this project.

NVIDIA nvngx_dlssnr.dll, its networks and the display driver belong to NVIDIA.
They are user supplied and NOT included in this package. The compatible file
is the original 310.9.16.0 binary, SHA-256:

The thin ABI adapter targets an undocumented NR interface. Gunko is unofficial
and is not endorsed or certified by NVIDIA. The source licenses below do not

Gunko adds a callback on successful native command-list Reset so recording
references can be retired independently from in-flight GPU references, and
tracks/rebinds graphics descriptor tables after NR changes the shared heaps.
The bridge module convention and retaining a real call frame were informed
by its published bridge.cpp. Gunko uses its own application identity only.
